Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your generated prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any Australia Post location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
